Today we were given the opportunity to run the whole play outside without having to worry about any technical elements and just get familiar with the entrances and exits and how much room will all have outside. This was really helpful to get a full run in without stopping then getting all of the feed back at the end, this gave us a chance to really take in the improvements that were needed then go off and work them out on our own. By using this time during our Monday lessons to do runs has helped me get to know the play, and has got rid of any small nerves I may have had. I cant take a lot from this as I then don't need to rely on my script during a show to lead me through the play.
I feel that this was the best run that I have ever done, it was also really helpful to be able to work with our year 13 who is the cow, as we could then have a character that we would talk to and using during scenes. I then worked out that it would take longer to get across the stage, as she was on her knees.
